በአማራ ክልል ሰሜን ወሎ ዞን “/ABIRONET/: ትርጉም ያለው የሴቶች ተሳትፎን በሠላም ግንባታና በግጭት አፈታት ማጎልበት” በግጭት በተከሰቱ አካባቢዎች የሚገኙ ሴቶችን በሰላም ግንባታ ሂደትና በግጭት አፈታት ሂደት ውስጥ እንዲሳተፉ ለማድረግ ያለመ ጉልህ ተግባር ነበር። የፕሮጀክቱ የመጨረሻ ግምገማ ላይ የአንድ ቀን ዝግጅት ተካሂዷል።
የፊደል ብርሃን ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ብሩክ ገመቹ በሠላም ግንባታ ላይ የሴቶች ተሳትፎ ያለውን ጠቀሜታ አጽንኦት ሰጥተው ፕሮጀክቱን በተሳካ ሁኔታ ለማጠናቀቅ ባለድርሻ አካላት ላሳዩት ቁርጠኝነትና ድጋፍ አመስግነዋል። የፕሮጀክቱ መጠናቀቅ ግጭት በተከሰተባቸው አካባቢዎች ያሉ ሴቶች የተለያዩ አስተያየቶችን ቀስቅሰዋል። የአውደ ጥናቱ ውጤት ለዘላቂ የሰላም ግንባታ ጥረቶች ማዕቀፍ መገንባት እና ሴቶች በሰላም ግንባታ ውጥኖች ላይ የሚኖራቸው ተሳትፎ ቀጣይነት ያለው ድጋፍ አስፈላጊነት ላይ ያተኮረ ነበር። ግጭት በተከሰተባቸው አካባቢዎች ያሉ ሴቶች ለሰላም ግንባታ ጥረት የሚያደርጉትን ድጋፍ አጠናክረው እንዲቀጥሉም አሳስበዋል። በመጨረሻም ለሰሜን ወሎ ዞን አስተዳድር እና ለወልድያ ከተማ አስተዳድር የሴቶችና ማህበራዊ ጉዳይ ቢሮ እና የሰላምና ፀጥታ አስተዳደር መምሪያ ቢሮ ድርጅቱ ያስጠናውን “በአማራ ክልል ሰሜን ወሎ ዞን ሰላም ግንባታና ግጭት አፈታት ሂደት ውስጥ የሴቶች ሚና የግምገማ ሪፖርት”/THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN PEACEBUILDING AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION PROCESS IN NORTH WOLLO ZONE OF AMHARA REGIONAL STATE/ በድጋፍ መልክ አስረክቧል።

The ” /ABIRONET/: Enhancing Meaningful Women Engagement in Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution” in North Wollo Zone of Amhara region was a significant initiative that aimed to empower women in conflict-ridden areas to take part in the peace-building process and Conflict Resolution. A one-day event was held for the project’s final review of the efforts made toward the cause. The Executive Director of the Fidel Birhan, Mr. Beruk Gemechu, emphasized the importance of women’s participation in peace-building efforts and appreciated the stakeholders for their dedication and commitment to completing the project successfully. The termination of the project has stirred mixed reactions from women in conflict-affected areas. The workshop’s outcome focused on building a framework for sustainable peace-building efforts and the need for continued support for women’s participation in peace-building initiatives. It also strengthened the resolve of women in conflict-affected areas to continue advocating for peace-building efforts.
Finally, the Fidel Birhan Organization, through its Executive Director formally handed over the assessment report on “THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN PEACEBUILDING AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION PROCESS IN NORTH WOLLO ZONE OF AMHARA REGIONAL STATE” made by FBCO to the North Wollo Zone Administration and the Woldya City Administration, the Office of Women and Social Affairs, and the Office of the Department of Peace and Security Administration.
