Ethiopia is one of the few developing countries, which embedded climate related objectives in to the country’s model. The country embarked on an ambitious structural transformation through its successive growth and transformation plans (GTP) and its climate resilience economic strategies. Ethiopia is the country of great potential in its natural resource, due to this it is imperative to integrate environmental and sustainable development. This situation creates both challenges like problem of resilience in rural landscape, green industrialization, sustainable urbanization and sustainable energy access.

Ethiopia unlike its international recognition obsolete use of pesticides, spread of alien weeds, over grazing, deforestation of arid areas, water pollution, soil pollution and chemical fertilizers are very common. In Ethiopia, the original natural forest is declining due to expansion of farmland, charcoal production and woods for construction (Ibid). According to Global Environmental financing
